Monday, 18 Jan we had our regular Monday evening catch-up in our club rooms. What was unusual was we all had to wear masks, but this small and hot inconvenience is better than catching the virus.
January is a great time in our hobby, with releases of new models and members able to show the projects they have completed over the holidays. We compiled a short video of some of the amazing trains last night, including showing off the new NR class locomotives released by Auscision, and fantastic Indian Red passenger train to a very colourful ballast train. We can only have regular running nights thanks to our members. The Sydney Model Railway Society is an inclusive, open and welcoming club for all things trains.
