Covid closed us for a few months but we have now re-opened, welcoming members and visitors.
Under NSW Health guidelines the following conditions must be met:
You must wear a mask,
You must be doubled vaccinated,
Scan and Check-in to the Service NSW COVID-19 QR Code, then show someone that you have followed this particular process,
Follow club restrictions to number of people in both the train and front rooms and move as directed should overcrowding occurs.
We are open and welcome visitors to our club to see HO scale (predominantly NSW) trains.
We are fortunate to be located in a Station Building Arncliffe Station in the southern suburbs of Sydney, Australia. It's a great location, to watch passenger and freight trains rumble past whilst enjoying our great hobby.
We meet every Monday night (except public holidays) for running sessions from 7:30pm to 10:00pm and on the 3rd Friday of each month from 11am, subject to member availability.
We warmly welcome new members and visitors - drop in, check out the layout, see the new projects we are working on or just say 'Hi'.
The Sydney Model Railway Society has two layouts, a fixed layout in our clubroom and an exhibition layout. Check out some photos below.
